Welcome to LuxStreet Couture. By accessing or ordering from www.luxstreetcouture.com, you agree to the terms below. Read them before you check out.

Eligibility

Anyone can shop with us. If you're a minor, orders should be placed with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, especially for payment and delivery.

Products & Pricing

We sell sneakers (flagship: Nike Mind 001 and collab colorways) and branded socks
Prices are listed in PHP and may change without notice
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues
All products sold are legitimate. We stand behind the authenticity of everything in our catalog

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is completed or, for COD orders, once the order is placed and accepted
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods available at checkout
An order is considered final once it has been fulfilled and handed to our courier (J&T Express)

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified before fulfillment — contact us as soon as possible at support@luxstreetcouture.com
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. See our Return & Exchange Policy for post-delivery options

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD orders are reserved on trust. Refusing a COD delivery without valid reason (wrong item, damaged item) ties up stock and courier resources
Customers with repeated COD refusals may be charged a re-delivery/restocking fee on future orders, or blocked from placing COD orders going forward
This policy exists to keep COD available and reliable for everyone

Shipping

We ship nationwide via J&T Express
Shipping fees, timelines, and tracking details are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation
Risk of loss passes to the courier once the order is handed off for delivery; we'll work with you and J&T to resolve delivery issues

Returns & Exchanges

Governed separately by our Return & Exchange Policy. In short: 7-day window from delivery, exchanges for change-of-mind, refunds for defects or wrong items sent.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, product photography, and brand assets — belongs to LuxStreet Couture unless otherwise noted. Don't reproduce, resell, or repurpose our content without permission. Third-party trademarks (Nike, NOCTA, FRGMT, etc.) belong to their respective owners; our use of these names refers to genuine products we sell.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to defraud us or interfere with site security
Place orders with false information or with intent to abuse our COD or return policies

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

Limitation of Liability

LuxStreet Couture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question. This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
