Shipping policy

We ship nationwide via J&T Express, with tracking and protective packaging on every order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed off to J&T same day or next business day after purchase (or after COD confirmation).

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
  • Provincial: 3–7 business days

Delivery times start once your order is picked up by J&T, not from the time it's placed. Peak seasons and remote areas may run slightly longer.

Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: ₱49-₱120 nationwide
  • Free shipping on orders ₱2,800 and up

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us at support@luxstreetcouture.com with your order number. We'll investigate with J&T directly and resolve it — replacement or refund, your call — no back-and-forth runaround.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. Have the exact amount ready for the courier at delivery. See our Terms of Service for our COD refusal policy.
